Wrapped in cooking oil in plastic bags, cans of unknown origin, labels are sold in many markets at half the cheapest price, even only a third of the usual type and are popular with many restaurants, eateries and street vendors.
Many firms in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby are using low quality cooking oil and recycling the oil waste, Vietnam's environment police found from an inspection started last year.
